Edelteq unit to partner Halo Tech in manufacture of optical inspection machines

KUALA LUMPUR: Edelteq Holdings Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Edelteq Ventures Sdn Bhd has formed a joint venture with Halo Technologies Sdn Bhd to manufacture and commercialise automated optical inspection machines.
The JV company, called Halovision System Sdn Bhd , will target applications in Substrate Panel (Raptor series) and Semiconductor Wafer Level (i-Falke series) Inspection.
Edelteq and Halovision will each have a 50% share in the joint venture.
