PETALING JAYA: Dagang NeXchange Bhd (DNeX) has received a contract extension from the Malaysian Government for the operation and maintenance of the National Single Window (NSW) for the trade facilitation system, for an additional period of one year.

In a statement, the company said the extension will start from Sept 1, 2025, with a further extension for an additional one year subject to a performance review, current needs and mutual agreement.

DNeX said it has been the operator of the NSW for trade facilitation since its inception in 2009, playing a pivotal role in streamlining Malaysia's trade processes.

“The NSW for trade facilitation significantly contributes to the DNeX group’s revenue, representing about eight % of the group’s top line.

“For context, the group’s audited revenue for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2024 stood at RM1.17bil.

The NSW for trade facilitation serves as a vital one-stop system, seamlessly connecting the trading community with relevant Government agencies and various trade and logistics parties through a single, integrated interface.
