Concorde International Group shares jumped 54.8% to $3.98 in the pre-market trading session.

  • Kaival Brands Innovations Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:KAVL) gained 23.2% to $0.6083 in pre-market trading after gaining 15% on Wednesday. The company recently reported a year-over-year decrease in third-quarter sales results.
  • Linkers Industries Limited (NASDAQ:LNKS) surged 22.2% to $0.56 in pre-market trading.
  • Chijet Motor Company, Inc. (NASDAQ:CJET) jumped 18.2% to $0.1835 in pre-market trading. Chijet Motor recently entered into an MOU with institutional investors for an expanded private placement offering of up to $1 billion.
  • Spruce Biosciences Inc (NASDAQ:SPRB) jumped 17.2% to $10.44 in pre-market trading.
  • Nanobiotix SA – ADR (NASDAQ:NBTX) rose 14.7% to $21.50 in pre-market trading. NANOBIOTIX announced first data from Phase 1 study evaluating JNJ-1900 (NBTXR3) for patients with esophageal cancer.

  • Uni-Fuels Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:UFG) fell 56.9% to $2.17 in pre-market trading.
  • FlexShopper Inc (NASDAQ:FPAY) declined 24% to $0.43 in pre-market trading. Flexshopper's Steven G. Varner resigned as Director, given ongoing matters relating to the company’s financials & borrowing from lenders.
  • Dogwood Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:DWTX) shares dipped 14.7% to $6.03 in pre-market trading after falling 8% on Wednesday.
  • Bolt Biotherapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:BOLT) dipped 13.4% to $4.90 in pre-market trading after the company issued an update on BDC-4182 and extended cash runway into 2027.
  • VisionSys AI Inc (NASDAQ:VSA) fell 11.6% to $2.82 in the pre-market trading after dipping 7% on Wednesday. The company announced that its subsidiary, Medintel Technology, entered into an exclusive Partnership framework with Marinade Finance to launch a Solana-based digital treasury program valued at up to $2 billion.
  • Ryvyl Inc (NASDAQ:RVYL) fell 10.9% to $0.45 in pre-market trading. Ryvyl shares jumped 72% on Wednesday after the company announced a $75 million merger agreement with RTB Digital.
  • Equifax Inc (NYSE:EFX) declined 10.9% to $226.00 in pre-market trading. Seaport Global analyst John Mazzoni, on Wednesday, initiated coverage on Equifax with a Neutral rating.
  • TransUnion (NYSE:TRU) dipped 8.8% to $75.00 in pre-market trading. Seaport Global, on Wednesday, initiated coverage on TransUnion with a Neutral rating.
  • Lithium Americas Corp (NYSE:LAC) fell 5% to $6.69 in pre-market trading after jumping 23% on Wednesday.
  • Erasca Inc (NASDAQ:ERAS) fell 3.2% to $2.14 in pre-market trading.
