Quantum Computing, Mesoblast And Other Big Stocks Moving Lower In Monday's Pre-Market Session

U.S. stock futures were higher this morning, with the Dow futures gaining around 100 points on Monday.

Shares of Quantum Computing Inc. (NASDAQ:QUBT) fell sharply in pre-market trading.

Quantum Computing raised $750 million from institutional investors in market-priced private placement led by top shareholders.

Quantum Computing shares dipped 11.7% to $21.70 in pre-market trading.

Here are some other stocks moving lower in pre-market trading.

  • Rich Sparkle Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:ANPA) tumbled 15% to $22.10 in pre-market trading after dipping 10% on Friday.
  • Nordic American Tankers Ltd (NYSE:NAT) dipped 7.8% to $3.07 in pre-market trading.
  • Smurfit WestRock PLC (NYSE:SW) fell 5.8% to $39.54 in pre-market trading.
  • Mesoblast Ltd (NASDAQ:MESO) declined 5.2% to $17.45 in pre-market trading. Mesoblast shares gained 8% on Friday after the company announced that Ryoncil received J-Code from the United States Medicare & Medicaid Services, allowing the product to become easier to bill and pay for.
  • Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc (NYSE:IVR) declined 4.4% to $7.42 in pre-market trading.
  • Inventiva ADR (NASDAQ:IVA) fell 4.2% to $6.26 in pre-market trading. Inventiva recently appointed Andrew Obenshain as chief executive officer.
  • International Paper Co (NYSE:IP) dropped 4.2% to $45.21 in pre-market trading. International Paper will release third-quarter earnings on Oct. 30.
  • Lufax Holding Ltd – ADR (NYSE:LU) fell 3.7% to $3.85 in pre-market trading after declining 8% on Friday. 
  • Larimar Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:LRMR) fell 3.3% to $4.71 in pre-market trading after jumping 14% on Friday.
