Carter's Subsidiary William Carter Company Intends To Commence Offering Of $500M Aggregate Principal Amount Of Senior Notes Due 2031

Carter's, Inc. ("Carter's") (NYSE:CRI) today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, The William Carter Company (the "Company"), intends to commence an offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2031 (the "notes"), subject to market and other conditions.
The Company intends to use the net proceeds from this offering of notes, together with cash on hand, to (i) redeem all of its outstanding 5.625% senior notes due 2027 (the "2027 Notes") and (ii) pay related fees and expenses.
