
PETALING JAYA: Perak Transit Bhd reported a net profit of RM19.9mil in its third quarter ended Sept 30, 2025, representing a 12% year-on-year growth compared to RM17.7mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue dipped to RM49.09mil from RM52.08mil a year earlier.
For the nine month period ended Sept 30, 2025, net profit rose to RM59.5mil from RM53.08mil in the previous corresponding period, while revenue improved to RM146.58mil from RM143.95mil a year earlier.
“The improved performance was driven primarily by higher contributions from the group’s integrated public transportation terminal operations, notably the commencement of operations at Bidor Sentral, as well as increased rental income and revenue-sharing contributions from tenants,” it said in a statement yesterday.
The company also declared a fourth interim dividend of 0.25 sen per share for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2025, payable on Feb 13, 2026.
