KUALA LUMPUR: Nexgram Holdings Bhd, NuEnergy Holdings Bhd, PLB Engineering Bhd, Sapura Industrial Bhd (SIB) and Borneo Oil Bhd are among the stocks to watch on Friday.

Nexgram reported a net profit of RM882,000 on revenue of RM17.24mil for its first quarter ended Oct 31, 2025.

Due to the change in the previous financial year-end from Jan 31 to July 31, there are no comparative results for the previous corresponding quarter.

NuEnergy is selling its 50% stake in Integrated Mits Sdn Bhd for RM24.5 mil as it exits non-core assets to refocus on renewable energy investments.

PLB Engineering has been flagged by its external auditor over going-concern risks following an FY25 loss and liabilities exceeding assets.

The group is pursuing project tenders, cost controls and asset sales as part of efforts to improve liquidity and performance.

SIB is selling a vacant freehold industrial land in Seremban for RM24.72 mil to unlock value from a non-core asset, with proceeds to be used for working capital and production expansion, generating an expected RM6.7mil gain.

Borneo Oil said its associate Verde Resources Inc has filed for a Nasdaq listing and is seeking to raise US$5mil–US$8mil through an underwritten public offering to fund the expansion of its low-carbon BioAsphalt technology.
