Southern Score Builders Bhd has secured two contracts worth a combined RM189.0mn for a data centre project from a local construction company.

Lotte Chemical Titan Holding Bhd is being sued by Petroleum Logistics Services Sdn Bhd over revenue, profit and tax disputes related to licence usage for domestic sales.

Keyfield International Bhd has entered into a contract with Fujian Mawei Shipbuilding Ltd and Fujian Funing Shipbuilding Co Ltd for the construction of a new dynamic positioning anchor handling tug supply vessel with a diesel-electric engine, for a contract value of USD18.0mn.

Petronas Gas Bhd’s subsidiary, Pengerang LNG (Two) Sdn Bhd, has issued RM800.0mn in Islamic medium-term notes under a RM3.0bn sukuk programme.

Malakoff Corporation Bhd said it will not pursue new coal investments and will instead focus on gas as it transitions towards renewable energy.

NCT Alliance Bhd is strengthening its NCT Smart Industrial Park with the RM53.0mn acquisition of 176.7 acres of adjoining land in Kuala Langat.

Boustead Heavy Industries Corporation Bhd plans to dispose of a 26-acre leasehold land in Pulau Jerejak, Penang for RM28.0mn to Karya Koperat Sdn Bhd, a unit of Ark Resources Holdings Bhd.

United Malacca Bhd posted a 2.2% YoY decline in net profit to RM28.4mn for 3QFY26 from RM29.0mn, attributed to weaker contributions from its Indonesian operations and higher foreign exchange losses due to the rupiah’s depreciation against the ringgit.

Poh Huat Resources Holdings Bhd posted a net loss of RM6.4mn for 1QFY26, weighed down by weaker sales from its key export market, the US, and a softer US dollar.
