PETALING JAYA: Sersol Bhd has entered into an agreement with Zetrix AI Bhd to supply hardware products and to grant Zetrix a subscription to use software products for 12 months with a contract value of RM15.62mil.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, Sersol said the initial term of the agreement would be for the period of one year from April 6, 2026.
It added that Zetrix would have the option to renew the agreement for an additional term of one year.
“The agreement is not expected to have any effect on the issued share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of the company as it does not involve the issuance of any new ordinary shares in the company for the time being.
“The agreement is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings, earnings per share and net assets of the company over the tenure of the agreement,” Sersol said.
